The Rainbow Kingdom is the primary setting of True and the Rainbow Kingdom. It is ruled and governed by the Rainbow King who resides at the Rainbow Castle, which is also home to the Wishing Tree. It is heavily rainbow-themed and designed to reflect its name. So far, it has been a setting in every episode of True and the Rainbow Kingdom.

  • Mushroom Town, a neighborhood that is the homes of True, Bartleby, and many unnamed Rainbow Kingdom citizens
  • The Neverending Forest, a large forest that surrounds Rainbow City on three side and is home to many forest critters. Yeti Village is also located here.
  • Mount Tippy Tippy Top, the tallest mountain in the kingdom.
  • Mount Huffinpuff, an active Volcano located near Splishy Splashy Springs.
  • The Living Sea, a sentient body of water that is south of Rainbow City, behind the Rainbow Castle. Many sea creatures live in her cold waters.
  • Happy Farming Valley, a group of Islands that float above the Living Sea, about halfway between Rainbow Castle and the Steamy South.
